Matthew 9:37-38

Jesus ends the chapter by calling for more laborers—not by increasing His own output.

This final rhythm is the mark of sustainable leadership:

• Shared responsibility

• Trust in others

• Faith that multiplication is better than exhaustion

Vision stalls where leaders refuse to release control. Growth accelerates when responsibility is shared.
