What This Is
Not every conversation needs a program. The Middle Room is a simple space for men (18 years+) to come together and talk about what’s real: life, pressure, responsibility, decisions, and everything in between. These conversations are grounded in the themes of the book, Made in the Middle - serving as a foundation for honest dialogue around what men experience but don’t always say out loud.
No agenda to fix you.
No expectation to perform.
Just real conversation in a room where you don’t have to carry everything alone.

The Experience
This is a group setting built around conversation, not curriculum.
Men gather monthly - virtually or in person - to talk, listen, and share perspective.
-
Open, honest conversations about real-life situations
-
A mix of voices from different seasons of life
-
Space to speak, listen, or simply be present
-
A consistent environment built on respect and trust
-
Must be 18 years or older
There’s also an ongoing space to stay connected between sessions.
The Middle Room Facebook group allows men (18 years+) to continue the conversation, share insights, and support one another beyond the room.

How to Engage
There are two ways to be part of The Middle Room:
Join the Conversation Online
Connect with other men in the private Facebook Group - share, listen, and stay engaged between sessions.
Attend a Middle Room Session
Register for monthly conversations held via Zoom or at select in-person locations.
Come as you are.
Speak if you want.
Listen if you need.
Why It Exists
Most men don’t lack strength; they lack space.
Space to think out loud.
Space to ask questions.
Space to hear from other men without judgment or pressure.
The Middle Room exists to provide that simply and consistently.
For some, this is the space they’ve been missing.
For others, it becomes the place where clarity begins.
Either way - you don’t have to figure it out alone.
