What Shaped This Work
Through years of leadership in both corporate and ministry environments, Myraio encountered a consistent reality: people were carrying pressure, responsibility, and uncertainty without the space to process it.
At the same time, he saw organizations, especially churches, often lacking the systems, structure, and processes needed to support both leadership and growth.
Personal experiences with loss and walking alongside others in difficult seasons revealed a deeper need - not just for answers, but for guidance, structure, and honest conversation.
That realization became the foundation for the work he does today - helping individuals gain clarity and direction, while equipping churches and organizations with the structure needed to operate effectively.

Myraio L. Mitchell, Sr. is a leadership coach, consultant, speaker, and pastor whose work is shaped by decades of experience across corporate, ministry, and community leadership. With over 20 years in corporate environments and more than 30 years in ministry, Myraio has led teams, developed systems, and supported organizations in navigating both operational and people-centered challenges. His background uniquely positions him to bridge structure with real-life application - helping individuals and organizations move forward with clarity and purpose. He currently serves as the Pastor of the Church of Jesus (COJAM) in Atlanta, Georgia, where his leadership reflects a deep commitment to both spiritual growth and practical life application. Myraio is a John Maxwell Certified Coach and a Dave Ramsey Preferred Coach, equipping individuals and families with practical strategies for leadership, personal growth, and financial stewardship. As a published author, his work continues to create space for honest conversations around responsibility, identity, and growth. Beyond his professional work, Myraio is a devoted husband of over 30 years, a father of five, and a proud grandfather.
