Coaching Policy

Effective: April 14, 2026

Coaching services are designed to provide guidance, structure, and support for personal, professional, and leadership development. By booking a session or package, you agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of Coaching

Coaching is a collaborative process intended to support clarity, decision-making, and forward movement.

 

  • Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or legal or financial advisory services

  • No specific results are guaranteed

  • Outcomes are dependent on the client’s commitment, effort, and application

2. Scheduling & Sessions

  • Sessions are scheduled in advance through the booking calendar

  • Clients are responsible for attending sessions at the scheduled time

  • Sessions begin and end as scheduled, regardless of late arrival

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice

  • Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be considered a missed session

  • All rescheduling must be done through the booking system or agreed upon directly

4. Missed Sessions / No-Shows

  • Missed sessions or no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled

  • Late arrivals do not extend the session time

5. Payment & Refund Policy

1:1 Coaching Sessions


All 1:1 coaching sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. These sessions are non-refundable. Clients may reschedule their session within 90 days of the original booking date.

Coaching Plans (Packages)


Coaching plans may be paid in full or through a structured payment plan:

​

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking

  • The remaining balance will be invoiced in equal installments over the duration of the coaching plan (Example: A $1,200 plan requires a $600 deposit, with the remaining $600 billed as two monthly payments of $300)

Refund Policy for Coaching Plans

​

  • A full refund (minus processing fees) is available within 10 days of purchase, provided no sessions have been scheduled or used

  • Once any session has been scheduled or completed, the plan becomes non-refundable

  • After the 10-day window, all payments are non-refundable

 

Cancellations (After 10 Days)

​

  • Payment Plans: Clients may cancel at any time. Payments already made are non-refundable. Remaining scheduled payments will be canceled and no longer due.

  • Paid-in-Full Plans: Payments are non-refundable after the 10-day window.

 

Additional Terms

​

  • Missed sessions and late cancellations are non-refundable

  • Coaching plans are non-transferable

  • MLM Legacy Group reserves the right to enforce this policy​​​

6. Client Responsibility

By engaging in coaching services, you acknowledge that:

​

  • You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results

  • You will use your own judgment when applying any guidance provided

  • MLM Legacy Group is not liable for outcomes resulting from coaching sessions

7. Commitment to the Process

Coaching is most effective with consistency and active participation. Clients are encouraged to:

​

  • Be present and engaged during sessions

  • Follow through on agreed-upon actions

  • Communicate openly and honestly

8. Changes to Policy

MLM Legacy Group reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page.
